So unprofessional. It’s like teenagers running this place without a responsible adult. Very nasty attitudes. Yelling out what tests people are getting. They all need training on hippa and customer service. Quest please start hiring professionals. It’s gotten really bad I’m going to see if another lab takes my insurance.

The two female workers here at the Seaford location on a Friday morning were extremely unhelpful and extremely rude towards the patients in the waiting room. They had no sort of compassion, empathy, or respect for an elderly patient who was only here for a sample drop off. How does one practice conduct themselves like this! It’s extremely unprofessional.

Made an online appointment and got there 15 minutes early and was taken in 5 minutes. Curteous and knowledgable staff. A pleasure to deal with.

The phlebotomist, Briana, was the best phlebotomist that ever drew blood from me. I get bloodwork taken at least once a week at various locations so I know what makes a great phlebotomist. She managed to get me on the first try, which is rare for me and she caused me no pain whatsoever. I hope that I will always get her when I go to the Quest in Seaford.

I had a really bad experience. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. They made the visit stressful and uncomfortable. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It was the worst service I’ve ever had.

Went in for a routine Drug screen. What should have been a 15 min appointment turned into 1:30 min appointment. I gave a sample for testing, the collector dumped it when it was at the appropriate amount. While she went on lunch, i had to wait in the lobby for a whole hour to give another sample. she mumbled my name to called me into the room. Horrible service. Go to another Quest.

My son has special needs and just was not cooperative, even sat on the ground and refused to get up. I felt terrible because we were occupying a room but the two phlebotomists there were so kind and understanding. We returned today and they were able to get his blood work done.

My visit for routine bloodwork was very positive. I was called at the exact time as my appointment. The phlebotomist greeted me with a smile, drew my blood and was very personable during my visit. I would definitely recommend this lab.

If I could give a negative star I would. I made an appointment for 6:30 for a fasting blood test. Arrived at 6:20 and an older gentleman was already waiting with a locked door. His appointment time was 6:10 am. More people arrived but none that actually worked there. At 6:40, a woman arrived coffee in hand and advised she'd let us in once she was ready. It was roughly 5 minutes later that she opened the door and called my name. I let her know the older gentleman was there first, she said he wasn't registered. I advised that she should take him since his appointment was first.
Another woman arrived, coffee in hand, close to 7 am. She called another name, he advised I was first. She said I wasn't registered. I said I have confirmation that I am in fact registered and my name was already called. She gave me such attitude that I would NEVER allow someone with that vitriol puncture my vein.
I don't know about you but if I have clients waiting 40+ minutes for an appointment, I apologize. There was NONE Of that. I'm horrified by their behavior.

I have been to this location a couple of times, but really wanted to write this review after my experience today. I had an appointment at 7:30am and was seen right away upon check-in. For the first time ever, I felt very faint while getting bloodwork and it was so awful. I wish I knew the woman's name who helped me, but she noticed right away and took such great care of me and was so sweet. She talked me through it, got me water, gave me a cold towel, and took her time until I felt better. Truly I am so grateful for her compassion and the quality of care I received.
