“I had an excellent experience with this autobody repair shop! I needed my passenger-side mirror completely replaced, and from start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful.
I initially spoke with the owner, Brian, who happened to be on vacation with his family. Even while away, he was incredibly helpful and encouraged me to bring my vehicle in so his team could take care of it. That level of customer service really stood out to me.
When I arrived, Andy greeted me kindly and helped escort my vehicle into the garage. He and Fernando worked together to complete the replacement, and they were both professional, efficient, and incredibly timely. The work was done perfectly, and I was back on the road without a long wait.
And an extra bonus: the owner’s dog was hanging out in the office! I got to give some pets to a very good boy while I waited, which definitely made an already great experience even better.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely be coming back if I ever need autobody work again!

“Wow, I'm really glad I listened to the reviews. I was trying to find a decent shop to do my state inspections and this place blew me away. I live in Queens and some of the shops near me won't do an inspection because I have tinted windows, even though I have a legitimate NYS tint exemption sticker pasted on one of the windows. Dealership will do it but they upsold me hard last year so I vowed to never make that mistake again. This year, I brought my car here for the state inspection and a tire rotation. I met some guy at the front named Bobby and he was unusually friendly for NY standards. Was not expecting the good customer service that I did but can see why this place is so highly rated. In about an hour and 20 minutes, I was out of there with a passed inspection and everything. No up-selling albeit my car is pretty new but the dealer upsold me HARD last year which left a bad taste in my mouth. The tire rotation here was only $25, the Acura dealer was trying to charge me $60. Overall the best experience I've had in a mechanic shop in NY so far. That said, they seem to be busy even in the mornings. I booked an appointment for my inspection a week in advance but if I had just showed up with no appointment, I don't think they could have fit me into their schedule. If you wanna get work done here, it's probably best to call ahead and make an appointment. I plan to move out of NY in a few years but until that day comes, Check Point will keep getting my business for all my car-related needs.”

“I’ve been bringing my truck to Pat at Dial Transmission for years, and he’s always been the guy I trust when something goes wrong. From rebuilding my transmission to helping diagnose and fix other ongoing problems, he’s consistently gone above and beyond for me. He fully rebuilt the transmission a couple years ago. Fixed something else under warranty, reprogrammed it, did whatever it took to make it perfect.
Before I left on a cross-country road trip, Pat made sure my truck was completely sorted out and road-ready, even helping me right up until the last minute before I left. That really showed me how much he cares about his customers and the quality of his work.
Good mechanics are hard to come by, but finding one that’s honest, dependable, and actually takes pride in what they do is even harder. Pat is one of those people. I wouldn’t trust my truck with anyone else.

Not so with Masters Collision. From the moment I walked in Billy welcomed me like we've known each other all our lives, establishing a trust with honesty and compassion. Tracey the receptionist was also a delight to work with. Within a day my car was fixed, and yes, looking as good as new. And I did not have to miss a mortgage payment to pay for it.
