Jose Valdez was an exceptional sales consultant. Went above and beyond for us. His knowledge of the cars helped us decide what was best for us. Every detail was explained to us, sometimes twice, and was very patient and understanding. Other sales consultants were also very supportive and helpful. Right to the end of our purchase, everyone was very supportive and knowledgeable. This is our 5th time here and we will be back. Thank you for giving us a great deal as return consumers.

Had a wonderful experience at Toyota of Massapequa. Our sales consultant Christopher Castillo was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and helped us narrow down a perfect pick for a car. All the staff was excellent as well but Christopher really shined though, a huge thanks to him and everyone again. We’re beyond satisfied.

Buying a car as as a solo female is hard work. So I was really happy to find RK. He listened to my criteria for a used car, did NOT try to tell me what I should want, but found me exactly the car that I wanted. He worked with me on price and financing and was respectful and fun to talk to. Orlando in the finance dept was the same. It was a good experience and the atmosphere is the showroom was festive. I love my (new for me) rav4 hybrid xle!
