The store employee tried to scam me out of a dollar on top of the already insane prices.
Two tiny tubs of ice cream came out to $15.58. I walked up to the cashier and said, “Hi, how are you?”
He didn’t even flinch. Not a word. Just dead silence.
He was so lazy he wouldn’t even lift a finger to scan the items.
I had to roll the ice cream tubs over to him and angle the barcodes myself.
I handed him $16.
He looked me dead in the eye and said, “One more dollar.”
I knew I gave him the right amount.
So I said, “Give it back to me I’ll count it again.”
Silence. Again.
He recounted the money himself and surprise, surprise, he realized I was right.
No apology. No acknowledgment. Just smug entitlement as he handed me the change.
Would not recommend this place. Save yourself the headache and go to the Walgreens across the street.

It would be beneficial for the cashier to receive additional training in customer service.

SNAP recipient, asked for a bag, they asked me “do you have 5 cents” I said “yes I do” meaning on any of my other cards, not a physical nickel which was not asked of me. Now the real reason I’m writing this is because when I asked if I could use another card for the bag I was confronted about not having a nickel and told I was in the wrong. So I figured, in case y’all actually read your reviews. 5 CENT BAG TAXES ARE COVERED BY EBT and YOU are in the wrong here. The fact you got angry with me, argued and ultimately tell me “that’s wrong”??? Yeah nah normally I wouldn’t give less of a damn ab a nickel but your behavior over your own business’s failure to follow the law was HIDEOUSLY unacceptable.
For other customers, if you use EBT SNAP and can’t actually afford the 5 cents, simply do not shop here
(Employee blocked out in photo was NOT involved in the interaction described above therefore I removed them)

Prices are far to high. However it's convenient, given the lack of small stores on long Island.

This place is almost like a 7-11/Bodega.It isn't the prettiest 7-11.BUT:The staff is efficient and very nice. The beer and soda and eggs are not massively overpriced. No fee for me on the ATM.Cool pop-culture toys for my daughter. My favorite 7-11 in the area, to be honest.

8/6/2021 @11am. The store is filthy. Coffee stains all over the counter top, maybe from the morning but could be days old. The amount of dust on the machines is disgusting. I wouldn't eat anything cooked here. Purchase only prepackaged if you must visit here.

7-11 Wasn't that busy. The attendant behind the counter had one person before me. And when I was next. He gave me the utmost attention, and was kind and Polite.

Would give it a zero star but not an option this store can go f itself the a holes that work here are a poor excuse of employee's zero respect and lack of common curiosity if u can get to another 711 then do so this place is definitely not worth your patronage the owner of this franchise should fire everyone and get people that give a dam about their job
