I’ve been here multiple times and the same old guy I think he’s the manager never wants to change a battery says he can’t change it and sends me away to the one in centereach this was a couple of years ago. I went to them again for a different car that needed a battery changed same old dude said he can’t do it and to go to centereach
These boys are lazy and don’t like to work. Do not come here lazy ass people. We need real men!!!!!!!

I had a bad experience with a older gray hair lady ( late 70s) She was very rude when trying to drop off used oil that i bought from autozone. I walked into the back where container is and she yelled at me for not asking for help when i do actually do when i get to the back area. She had a nasty, burnt out attitude and this is same lady that sold me a wrong part weeks prior. Store needs a overhaul! Was better in 2023 thanks-

They are a well stocked service. The staff is usually helpful. My personal gripe is that they are way too expensive. You can find great parts online for a fraction of the cost if you can wait for them to be delivered. It would be great if Autozone could offer their merchandise cheaper.

I came in to purchase brake light bulbs for my car today and needed them installed but the light assembly had to be completely removed to replace the bad bulbs. Roberto went above and beyond to replace my bulbs. He was super nice and professional and I will definitely be coming back to this location! Keep up the good work

Well, I didn't know the situation i was in . And it seems the website got confused. I go into the store and ask for a part for a particular vehicle . I gave the year make and model, yet the wrong part is displayed . Frustration sets in and the attendant was cool I decided to just take the part I knew I needed. Point here is some cars built at the end of a production year get an upgrade to the next model year. So my 2006, is actually a 2007.

Called for a battery told it was in stock ,by three stores, went to all three, no good, brought a optima battery $328.00 to find out it was remanufactured,there was scratches and top terminal post .for the same price as new. Buyer beware!
