Jazzy and Ali at boost mobile were more than helpful with acquiring a new phone device and line. The guys here both show and help all customers as both welcoming and returning. Ali is the best👍 When purchasing my phone he was very helpful , patient and very familiar with the products he was selling. I had a problem the next day trying to hook up my yahoo account. I called him and he told me no problem to come in. W/hich I did. Unfortunately I had locked my account for 24 hrs . He told me to come in the next day and he fixed the problem for me!! Excellent customer service. I highly recommend👍

Got water on my phone and took it to boost mobile to fix. They told to me they were gonna replace the screen and charging port for 350. After I got it it was good for only a few hours until randomly I got a green line going through half the phone. I took it back early next morning and handed me the phone with a new black dot on the bottom of the green line and said I did damage and I would have to pay for it. The phone was in my pocket and my hand. Never gonna come back here again. Used to always have a good experience buying phones here and getting them fixed over the years but I was done dirty this time.
