I Found a dressy jumpsuit that I absolutely loved in your store but it was to big. I wanted to pay for and order it in a smaller size but was told by a man that worked there that if it didnt fit when I picked it up that I would not be able to return it for my money back!! Very poor business sense and very unfair to your customers that i would have no choice to return if the jumpsuit didn’t fit me! I have NEVER heard of such nonsense without being able to try it on!! I’m really hoping your employee was wrong because who would ever purchase something that was over $135.00 and be given no choice if it did not fit! Please tell me he was mistaken…

I cannot say enough great things about Distinct Dressing. Not only do they have an amazing selection of dresses but Jolie went above and beyond to save to my daughter's prom when her first dress was mistakenly altered(not by Distinct Dressing). With only a little over 2 weeks to prom they had the same exact dress ordered, received, measured and altered to perfection. My daughter looked absolutely stunning thanks to Jolie! We are forever grateful!!

Love this place! As soon as I walked in the man working there started taking dresses for me and getting me a fitting room. The lady by the fitting rooms helped pin the dress and tie them up to my liking. Everyone was so kind and friendly, they helped in any way possible. I bought a maroon dress from the clearance rack and it was so so wonderfully made in good condition. Definitely recommend this place!

We shopped and purchased dresses twice at this establishment. Four dresses in total for my daughter’s prom and junior prom. They have a good selection and seemed happy to help. One gentleman there had a bad attitude when we picked up the dress that’s why I docked a star.

Just purchased our third dress from this establishment. We have had very good experiences with the staff and will continue to purchase future dresses from them. Their inventory is very well priced and of great quality. I highly recommend them, only thing I would possibly recommend they do is to have a limited lay away program.

I was definitely sold an unsuitable dress. It is completely the wrong size. I felt pressured and railroaded into buying it. "As long as you can sit down" - But how about breathing? I'm sure she was trying to get rid of the dress. I feel angry and embarrassed that I let her talk me into it. I will never go back and she lost multiple sales from others attending the same wedding as mine. I tried to talk to her about it after to no end.

They had a decent size area for formal dresses but nothing compared to the prom dresses, Also the dressing room was a small area with a little broken stool being all covered by a curtain too small for the opening. Overall decent if you have someone covering the sides for you.

Amazing options for all sizes. Staff was very friendly. Every dress I tried on was in perfect quality. No rips or snags like I have seen at other dress stores.

i was in dire need of a prom dress so i walked in after biking miles to the store on the on hottest day of the summer so far, It wasnt even june yet and it was over 80 degrees out. I walked in this store after getting the courage to find my prom dress, I then immediately was stared at questioned by this bald man who did nothing but stare and me in what i thought to be a predatory manner, i dont know what he was up to but i didnt not feel comfortable being naked or getting to the stage of nakedness i needed to in order to put on the dress that i wanted. i didnt want to be emotionally or physically exposed in that store. The price didnt and doesent matter to me , the safety issue did and does so i left. i am not affluent but had the money to purchase any dress in that store that day and i was walking in with over 3000 cash un benouced to the man there or not but was not treated equally and i did not find that i needed there. I read others being discriminated here and i thought it was in their heads until living through this nightmare of a day. Even now i dont think there was anything done to this man to stop him from doing this in the future. i am begging others please to rethink shopping here for anything intimate or personal because your privacy and respect will not be taken into consideration while here, which is very sad.. i thought that in this age of understanding and logic that this wouldnt happen or be a thing to happen but it did and it made me question how i should be treating people, if someone i know can do this to me is it ok to do this to others, is it ok to make people feel not welcome or like they shouldnt be allowed to shop in the store. Should a person be pretty womaned? i ask that the person reading this post can gain some insight that to question or overquestion rather someone because you dont think they have the money to purchase the items, or because you dont think they belong in your store is discrimination and i hope that by not shopping here the owers will understand and get that the problem is from the inside not those who are left on the outside. i hope the owndership can read this and make the necessary changes to the store to make it a safe place for people to shop, i didnt even get offered to try any dresses on, it was that bad of an experience. I never once got asked if i would like to try anything on or if i needed help i just basically was looking at felt so out of place doing so, somehting that should have been one of the best moments of my life was taken away by a persons ignorance, and if i were to say your making me feel like this or that in the store than i am the bad person , the consumer. So i cant win from losing. i hope this bald man gets a serious awakening whether it is rude or not he needs it. I can only think of how many other people has he done this to? How many people did he sexually abuse with his staring? How many people did he make feel uncomfortable in the store. I still didnt get a dress nor go to my prom due to this and hope you can rectify this situation within your store, very unsafe and eye-rapey place to shop.

Marcelo was absolutely attentive and amazing. I cannot even begin to explain what a great experience we had looking for a prom dress. As a mom, it was even better because it was our first and last stop looking. Excellent selection!

Drove all the way from New Jersey and waited a hour till they opened to get my daughter her prom dress. What a great experience we had. The young lady that attended to us was absolutely amazing, warmed welcome, very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I highly recommend this establishment and thank them for making my daughter feel comfortable throughout the whole process ensuring she will find The Dress.Thank you
