“Imagine this: you order a shelving unit, it arrives with two plastic connectors broken by UPS's rough handling, and you find a phone number. Upon calling this number, a live human being answers right away, listens to your request, apologizes and promises to send replacement parts immediately. Yes, this happened to me in 2024! I was astounded and extremely grateful. The unit was easily assembled and looks great in my pantry.
