Catholic Health Amphitheater at Bald Hill is a great affordable venue in the woods with a fabulous, up close personal feel. The concert area is nice with a lawn, seating, and the great outdoors. It offers an onsite bar, concession stands, and plenty of food trucks, though lines can be long and options were sometimes limited. The parking lot features a giant solar power car port. Parking fees vary per event and are often cash only, which can be inconvenient. The venue is not ideal for the physically impaired due to lots of walking with stairs and slopes, though ADA ramps are available. Some seating is very uncomfortable. Traffic is horrible at the end of the night with a bottlenecked parking lot, making departure difficult and slow. Sound levels at concerts can be extremely loud. The venue and artists show true dedication, continuing performances even through rain.
