The drive-thru is often closed, the pharmacy staff is rude, and the customer service phone number is often unresponsive. This store provides very poor service. I'm going to have to change pharmacies.

Used to love this store. Pharmacy is still top notch. Please put us out of our misery,empty shelves no stock what so ever. Please do what we all know is coming and close the store. I’ve stopped going in hoping that this will be the week they get a delivery. My prescriptions have been changed to a different pharmacy. It was good while it lasted. Good bye Selden store.

First off 4 stars for the store Mgr who helped me. 1 star for the online store pick ordering. System is horrible, shows items in stocks then order is partially accepted and no longer qualifying for the online promotions offered and store can't honor online offers. Took several orders to be placed and canceled because of items not in ACTUAL Inventory. And promotions and discounts all lost. Total scam and waste of time. Not to mention got charged 2 bag fees ? For 1 tiny bag.

Worst service! Nasty Pharmacy people and I’ll be sending in a negative review. Very nasty pharmacist also. My parents will be going to CVS because of how rude they are here. I can never get through to this pharmacy either. And my Niece said today they have always been rude from day one. I’m sorry to write this but they really need to work on better customer service. I never had a problem with CVS and hopefully the one by my parents will do a better job. We all have bad days but constant bad attitudes reflects poor management.

Went here yesterday (Sunday) to pick up a prescription that was called in 4 days prior (Thursday), the prescription had to be ordered and came in the next day on Friday. I called the pharmacy on Friday to see if it would be ready, I was assured it came in on the delivery and had to be unpacked. I told them I was coming the next day to pick it up and was told it would be ready. I was there with my 2 year old and was stuck waiting for close to 20 minutes but over 10 minutes after I told them my information because the cashier was staring at the pharmacists screen trying to help the pharmacist who was on the phone with another patient, it wasn't until my child was antsy and started acting up that the cashier went to look for my prescription just for the cashier to look for my prescription for half a second and come back to tell me that it was still sitting in a box unpacked and won't be ready today.

My dentist send pain medication around 2 pm , stop by 5 pm still medication was ready , pharmacy employees was rude -feel like I’m begging for it . This is not first it happened.No one care .

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I asked for help and was told they don’t have time. The pharmacist is nasty as well and impatient. Go elsewhere.

They refuse to answer the phone at this location. Literally watched the cashier pick up and hang up on me and received an attitude from the obese blonde manager when I brought it to their attention. Customer service really needs improvement. Don’t waste your time here
