“I recently had damage to my vehicle due to impact with a deer. Prior to that I did have another occasion to utilize their services and both experiences were wonderful. The work was done and complete completed each time when they said it would be. You receive updates via text and can even check on the status of costs. “The most knowledgeable auto shop I’ve ever experienced! My car was in for a battery check and replacement, which I received at a very fair price—but I also received a mutipage detailed analysis of other issues requiring fixes prior to my next inspection, compete with photos. Very impressive! The shop is very busy (a good sign) and well staffed with smart people who are also very funny—a big plus. The customer room is clean and inviting. I’ll be returning to fix the issues identified in the fall and encourage everyone to bring your cars here. I sent the report to two of my friends who are looking for a new shop and they said they will definitely use this excellent place!
The above was the review I posted after receiving an inspection report. I’ve now had all the work done (plus some other problems that couldn’t be detected until the car was disassembled). I’m very pleased with the attention to detail that this large, friendly—and funny!—staff provides. The shop is always humming with business, which tells you all you need to know. Highly recommended!”
“Smithwest Service Center took me in without scheduling to repair my leaking tire. Work was completed fairly quick with minimal wait time in their comfortable waiting area. I left satisfied but not sure if my AAA discount was applied to the bill. Regardless the price was fair, perhaps more reasonable than other automotive shops in the area. “Excellent experience!!!. From the moment i walked in i just felt at ease and comfortable. Talking to Mike and Ron and getting everything set up was unbelievable easy with them. They made me feel confident immediately that i was in the right place. Super informative on the process and what my expectations should be including time frame for repairs etc. Very pleasant to speak with in general and extremely polite. The accident was a sideswipe and smash along the entire drivers side of the car. When i got the car back, the work was so amazing that i honestly wished that they would have just painted the entire car. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and delivered the car back to me exactly as scheduled. I have nothing but nice things to say.
