Homedepot is selling more and more substandard products, particularly its flooring. I spent nearly a thousand dollars on flooring and found many planks from multiple boxes to be defective. I've spent the last ten weeks on their messenger, email, customer service and in-store manager trying to get to some resolution only for them to ignore me, pass me off to someone else and ultimately to say its not there problem. Eventually I'm going to have to rip up the floor spend more money I don't have and spend another several days putting down a new floor. Don't put yourself through the hassle

Great staff. Crystal is very helpful & definitely knows the garden department. I was very pleased as I was with Kiera in the paint department. They both know there job. Definitely will recommend Home Depot. Those ladies deserve a huge raise for all the work they do.

At all costs avoid use curbside pickup. Do not offer a service if you are not capable of handling it. Waiting 15 plus minutes right now, called 5 mins ago to see what's the hold up and mofo said he is alone right now. Highly doubt you are the only employee in there. Stupid store and employees. These two dumbs***+ were outside shi*** around. It doesn't take two people to put away carts.

AVOID HOME DEPOT, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!! I ordered a kitchen from this trashy place. They forced me to pay upfront. They probably do this because they screw their customers over like they have me. They scratched up appliances worth 10k and refused to fix them. The job is botched and they don't want to take responsibility for they crap work. They are DISGUSTING!! Dealing with them was complete torture. And it's not over, I will continue to go after them until this is rectified.

Don't believe what any of the Home Depot Installation sales reps tell you about their windows/doors "Double Lifetime Warranty." It's simply not true. Labor is not covered beyond 1 year! Look at their contract verbiage below. When I inquired about the discrepancy, this was my reply: "My understanding is the line references our lowest warranty that was available on an American Craftsman window which is 1 year and the others would in essence be an upgrade to it. I can assure you having been with Home Depot in the window installations business for over 8 years now they consistently favor on the side of taking care of the customer including any service concerns and issues." It's b******* because the salespeople will be long gone by the time you file a claim. It's what's in the contract that you sign that matters in the eyes of the law; not a marketing brochure or something said in an email. Plygem/Simonton's customer service rep, Mikka, told me that they get lots of complaints from unhappy customers when Home Depot does not honor the warranty. Moreover, they told me HD's (underpaid) subcontractor installers make a lot of mistakes. All confirmed by Simonton's supervisor, Lori Hendershot. The 6500 series window itself is warranted for 20 years and prorated afterwards. This is taken from their contract. Workmanship is only for 1 year! 7. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION ON WARRANTIES: (a) Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, Home Depot warrants for 1 year from the completion date that all Services shall (i) be performed with good workmanship and (ii) conform to the requirements of the Agreement. During the warranty period and within a reasonable time after receiving notice from You of a warranty claim, Home Depot may, at its sole option (i) correct or replace each Defect, or (ii) remove each Defect and refund the full purchase price thereof to You; provided, however, that all warranties are voided if (1) anyone other than Home Depot or Service Provider performs work upon or otherwise modifies any materials or Services provided under this Agreement, or (2) You fail to pay Home Depot as provided in this Agreement. (b) Limitation on Warranties: THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN PARAGRAPH 7A, IN THE WARRANTY SECTION OF THE AGREEMENT, IF ANY, OR IN THE STATE SUPPLEMENT, IF ANY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE OR GIVEN BY HOME DEPOT OR SERVICE PROVIDER, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY FOR FITNESS OF PURPOSE, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR ANY OTHER ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. HOME DEPOT'S EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED FOR ANY DEFECT CAUSED BY ABUSE, MISUSE, NEGLECT, ACTS OF GOD, LACK OF PRESCRIBED OR STANDARD MAINTENANCE, OR IMPROPER CARE/CLEANING. ANY MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES PROVIDED FOR GOODS, MATERIALS, OR EQUIPMENT WILL BE PASSED THROUGH BY HOME DEPOT TO YOU, AND YOU AGREE TO LOOK SOLELY TO SUCH MANUFACTURER FOR REMEDY OF ANY DEFECT IN SUCH GOODS, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT. HOME DEPOT MAY ASSIST YOU WITH WARRANTY CLAIMS AGAINST MANUFACTURERS.

I went back to home depot like a idiot and tried to purchase a washing machine. I waited 8 days for them to deliver it.when it arrived it didn't work. So I refused delivery I was told someone would call me soon.i wanted 4 hours no one called. I called home depot delivery they gave me a new delivery date for 5 days later. I accepted that and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor told me they made a mistake I now have to wait 7 days to get a new one. The supervisor was rude and basically told me tuff. I contacted the store and the store told me they can't get me another machine any sooner. What's wrong with this company . In April I purchased a fence from home depot I waited 8 weeks for them to come and install it. I heard from no one. When I called them I was told that the fence company disappeared. So they sent another company over and quoted me a $1000 more. Home depot said they would honor the first quote I called the other fence company and haven't heard back from them it's now been 2 weeks since I tried to contact them. Home depot is the worst company I have ever delt with. It even took them 3 weeks to refund my money for the fence they said they had computer issues. It's not right they should have a policy in place for issues that come up and not treat their customers like S****

This has got to be the absolute worst Home Depot ever. They never have anybody to help customers. If you need to talk to a manager you will most likely be out of luck. It seems most times they are in a meeting. Wow what ever happened to caring about the customer. I did see that HD stock is doing doing great. It kinda makes you wonder because every since the Coronavirus home depot has jacked up most of the items they sell. So it certainly makes sense they are so happy with the stock numbers. Charge double on lumber and of course stock numbers will go up.

Went into Home Depot to look for a electric cooktop. What kind of appliance store doesn't put cooktops on display or in stock. I went and asked for help politely and may I tell you, I've never met such a rude employee. Terrible service. Thank you for your time.

Don't bother with this location if you're looking for any kind of assistance. I went in this afternoon looking for an item the website claimed they had 6 in stock of. I followed the aisle and bay location on the site, and the item was not there. I searched for a solid 10 minutes before I could find someone who worked there to assist. This is the conversation that ensued: "Hello!" "Hi! I'm trying to find this item [shows phone]. The website says you have six, but I went to aisle 8 and there aren't any there." "Try BAY 8." [points aggressively to the word bay on my phone] "...I did." "Well then, I don't know what to tell you." as he walked away from me. Never found the item, website still claims they have six.

Why does it take a manager/ supervisor to recognize that USCG is a part of the US military services. Let alone one of the first of US armed services. Even after that supervisor stated it was good the customer service rep told me that she still doesn’t believe it. Smh.
