Beyond horrible. They rip you off on boxes big time. They find any reason not to accept a return and charge you a fee. When they lose your package they are of zero help. Zero. Avoid this privately owned location. Go to Stony Brook or Mt Sinai or Patchogue. This place is beyond horrible.

Worst UPS store within 100 miles. The associates will make you buy packaging materials one way or another. Try to avoid this store if can.

Absolutely horrible experience at this ups the manager a tall man black hair was so rude and disgraceful to the ups brand every ups on LI is better than this place all know you to drop off if all labeled this guy totally different he’s like you gotta wait in line with that I said bro they are all labeled and I said screw it any other ups is better than this horrible service ups Corp has been contacted as well this store needs to be shut down with this level of service or retrained
Use patchogue instead

2/4 around 11am I have never seen worse customer service and it was not even to me. The boy working there was so rude to multiple other customers there, the attitude and talking under their breathe for no reason at all about customers is absurd. He had an altercation with an elderly guy then told another customer he needs to go outside to put a piece of tape on his box or he should just go somewhere else. If you don't like your job you should not be taking it out on others, just quit!
This was never address and again I had a very rude person when I went

Very upset that i have been going to ups for 10 years and never i have ever been charged a $1 for taping my box to be sent back to Amazon. Guess what im not doing anymore going to UPS. I will take my business somewhere else

Came here with three returns that I did not know how to process correctly. My labels were for Whole Foods and I couldn't figure out how to change returns. The young man that helped me was so patient and helpful. His name is Thomas and I hope management recognizes him because this is an employee I would want working for my business.
