Rude and unprofessional front pharmacy staff! The cashier revealed Protected Health Information, specifically the name of my medication, as I was roughly 20 feet away from her. She started talking about my medication-very loudly- so everyone in the waiting area heard. She could have taken me aside and provided privacy. I am a healthcare professional and this was totally unacceptable for a major pharmacy chain.

I called 3 times and was on hold for almost 1.5 hours in total. Twice, I was transferred to the pharmacist, who never picked up. Third time, I finally got through, but she placed me back on hold and never came back on the phone (another 30 min hold before I finally hung up).

This is the worst one. Literally an issue every single time I come. It is the only 24 hr pharmacy around, so this is why I put up with it, but they are really bad here.
When your doctor sends your script through, they do not touch or look at anything until you arrive to pick it up. Doesn’t matter if you call. You must physically wait for them no matter what. I have called 24 hours in advance in the hopes that I can be in and out. When I get there they act as if they have no idea who you are, or even if any script came through at all. There is zero communication.

Good ol' Selden. As other reviewers have mentioned, the wait time at the pharmacy is always a disaster. I had an appointment the other day to get a vaccine. I waited for 40 MINUTES before walking out. I was patient and watched other people come and go. When I finally reminded them I'd been waiting for 40 minutes, I was told, "We're very busy!" No sh*t. I was told that although people are permitted to make vaccine appointments on their website every 10 minutes, they are understaffed. Fine. Then when I arrive for my appointment on time, just tell me it's going to be a very long wait, or to come back at another time. When I said I would like to leave, instead of telling me, "We're so sorry. It just will be another 5 minutes", she just asked for my name and canceled my appointment. Stellar customer service. Also? Same person giving the shots is also frantically trying to fill prescriptions! I don't want someone visibly pressed for time, quickly jabbing a needle in my arm. Don't offer appointments if you can't keep them. I left and made an appointment with CVS instead. They actually respect your time, and I've never waited more than 5 minutes.

I'd give no stars if I could. They lie about the time to get your meds. I'm going true detox and they could care less I have epilepsy so when I have another siezures from them not filling my scrips I plan to sue them they are nasty on the phone I'm stuck with them because I can't drive with siezures. Deff do not make your primary pharmacy 000000 stars

The staff here are incredible. The pharmacy staff is above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. They are kind, considerate, patient, and knowledgeable. Truly grateful for all the ladies that helped me out today Diane was truly fantastic!

Best Walgreens pharmacy around. I drive 25 minutes past 10 other locations just to come to this one. Staff really knows what they are doing and super efficient at fixing any issues that pop up.

Christopher is the best pharmacist ever! I called the pharmacy at 4 am and he was extremely professional and helpful during a moment where I couldn’t find my daughter’s medication anywhere. I wish i can give him a million star review! I will certainly let anyone know! Thank you again!

I have purchased an Amazon gift card for someone for Christmas. I went in because there was a difference between what I was charged on my credit card and my receipt (by over $75!!). I asked the supervisor to help. She refused to help and said I had to call the corporate office or deal with Amazon because it was a gift card (????really). She would not even look at the receipt-the store was not busy. She refused to give me her name. I told her I was going to let them know that she refused to help. She called me a STUP*D BIT**! In the store! I told her I would report her. She continued to yell at me. I left the store. She had the nerve to follow me out of the store and yell at me some more. She was young, had NO customer service skills and partly blue hair(part brown I believe). I have never seen anyone so unprofessional in my life. She should be fired. I will NEVER shop at this Walgreens and will just speak to my credit card company regarding this sketchy transaction.

WORST PHARMACY DEPT! been going here 10+ years, never had an easy experience, just to pick up a regular auto refill. Tonight was the last straw. The app told me they were in the process of filling my prescription. When I got there 4 hours later.... they told me they don't even carry it!! They never notified me! The only reason I went, in person was because I couldn't get in touch by phone. Not to mention, the pharmacist burns incense behind the counter.... totally disgusted and done w them
