Dominique is the only reason I will shop here again. The pharmacy is a disaster. I was going to give up on this store. But Dominique saved the day. She is very friendly, professional and welcoming. After 2 days of frustration because the pharmacy gives me wrong information, I was stressed, but Dominique's genuine friendliness & helpfulness, I left in a good mood. Thank you!

This is the absolutely worse pharmacy staff I have dealt with. Checked in for a vaccine and the lady was of minimal help. Then waited for nearly half an hour. Finally just left as they don't seem to care at all. Staff are there but nobody seems to want to work.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen patients who have been continuously placing the same exact order for their prescriptions getting claimed bounced back meanwhile they’ve been getting the same exact prescriptions for their past three years trying to place it through the app claiming it needs prior authorizations ok cool did that too and still getting denied either there system is out of wack or their employees are not that good at their job poor quality here looking for a new pharmacy

I'm on hold again for the pharmacy after waiting and then being disconnected. I have been waiting for a prescription to be filled for a month. As soon as I get the prescription I will be changing pharmacys'. The utter worst!

Every single month i go pick up my medication there is an issue. I’ve been told that i have a red flag on my account because i get my medications filled from doctors in Nassau County.. well, i recently moved here and have been using those doctors for over 30 years.. its quit embarrassing being interrogated like that infront of other customers. I was told my medication would be ready today and I’m currently on hold with the pharmacy now because once again it’s not ready. I spoke with the pharmacist the other day and he assured me that it will be ready on Friday - so it’s not.
It’s honestly a disaster- i never had this when i went to cvs. They would allow you to pick up your medication a few days early - but Walgreens holds you to the 30th day.

Sitting here waiting for a simple antibiotic called in 5 hrs ago. Its after 8pm now and they said they can call me when its ready as im clearly sitting here with a young child and then said that to them as well. The young blond gentleman they had working the counter with blond hair was rude and ignored me when I complains. Aside from a bad review I will be call corporate as well as switching my pharmacy. This has happened 1 too many times at this location. I have used Walgreens all over the country, Selden NY is by fast the worst and customer service is awful.

OMG!!! I JUST HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE @ WALGREEN'S IN SELDEN!!! All I'll wanted was the $6 clipped coupon on my purchase. Asked for help before getting to the register so that I WOULDN'T tie up the line!!!! We'll guess what! The coupon took but didn't show up when I got to the register, the line grew, everyone looking at me like I'm crazy. The Staff member Joar had a bit of an attitude when I originally asked for help . I waited 10 minutes patiently for the young lady in front of me to get her walgreens credit card so she could get her discount. Then after 15 minutes patiently waiting for the coupon to pop up on my app, they tell me they can't override it even though it shows clipped on my app.?. Very embarrassing situation with other Customers staring at me like I'm the problem!!!!?. Walgreens, seriously work on your App technology !

Pharmacy has loud tall older white gentleman in lab coat loudly watching comedic videos on his cell phone and asking staff behind pharmacy counter in blue scrubs to watch with him while line forms. Website allowed scheduling of appointment for a vaccine they did not have. Waste of time. Irritating staff.

10 people working at the pharmacy. The phone line Literally does not work so you are forced to go in. I first came in last night and was only given 1/3 of my prescriptions which they forgot to give me the other two.
I came back the next day to wait a full hour and then was asked if I want to come back. Do I want to come back? No NEVER AGAIN.

Spent nearly an hour and a half in the pickup line (and counting as I write this!). Tried inside too, no luck. What’s the point of a drive through or ordering meds ahead of no one is going to be at the window to give them to you?
