The process of deciding what to rent and the renting itself was made so easy by Sarah and. Conner from the Glenmont I storage. I was a bit nervous but they both made it easy and understandable. I would recommend that anyone interested in storage in Albany County check istorage on 9w in Glenmont . You will be well taken care of!

I have only been renting for 1 month and they already increased my rent by $50. Also, the gate at the front entrance has never worked and they don't seem to be worried about fixing it at all, which I find to be a security issue. Terrible customer service, I will be moving my items to a new facility.

It's a great place to store your stuff you have problems they can work them out with you if you can't pay your unit I always paid my unit they're nice they're friendly you work with them they'll work with you and never had a problem with them at all
