Been needing to get both stabilizer links replaced. Went to tradition Chevrolet in newark and was quite 326 to fo the job 280 if I had my parts, which I did! They also couldnt get me in till a week down the road. Decided to check around! Ended up stopping into Eagle Storage to check a unit out and figurd it couldnt hurt to get a quote on the repairs as well!
I was quoted 120 bucks as long as I had the parts!!!!! Not only that they got me right in and within an hour I was out the door! Blown away with the service that was provided! I hung out in the waiting room and watched tv. From now on I will come here before anywhere else!! Thank you Eagle Auto!

After giving Eagle Auto over $15,000 in business we are done with them. Had our Chevy Equinox fir two days and basically saud the problem could be anything, wait aren't you guys the mechanics people go to to find and fix a problem? We get the vehicle back today because we went and picked it up. When we brought it in there was no check.engine light on at all now as we get is back the check.enginr light is on, abd the reosresentive at Eagle Auro says they didnt see any light now. We are donecwith them, if you have your vehicle there i would strongly suggest getting before its returned in worse condition

I bought a car from Eagle Auto not knowing that it was under new management. I paid for it in full, over $11,000. Just after the 30 day warranty ended, the car broke down. I paid Eagle Auto's garage $1,600 to fix it. They claimed that they fixed it but less than 2 months later it happened again and they wanted to charge me again to fix it. Long story short, I no longer have the car and had to go back to financing in order to get a car. DO NOT BUY FROM EAGLE AUTO, THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!

I have had two experiences with this company through GEICO roadside assistance and both times they have been amazing! It’s to the point where if I ever need help again I will definitely be calling Geico and requesting this company specifically. So friendly and so efficient! Thank you

What do you do when you're on vacation and your truck loses power steering? I went to Eagle and in less than an hour(lunch hour by the way) problem was found, repaired, and I was back on the road. Vacation was saved. These are the good guys.

Eagle Auto saved my bacon. I needed a tire changed on a rental car. They did it in 10m and didn't even charge me. Wow! Small town service. Exceptional!

I had an unfortunate incident yesterday when my car stopped on the road. My car was towed to Eagle Auto Center. The whole team along with the office staff were professional and kind. They were considerate of my urgency because I was traveling. I am not a local resident nor the state. I am so grateful for their punctual service and the reasonable rate for the repair. They are phenomenal and also have a wonderful sense of humor! I would definitely return if I am in need of repair when visiting near Seneca Falls, NY. Thank you Rob!

Rating just for the 1 guy who came to tow my car via roadside assistance. Didn't catch his name but he was a total professional and had a lot of empathy for my situation of being stranded after getting some bad gas. After reading some of the reviews here it looks like it might be luck of the draw but thankfully everything went fine in my situation.
