Sadly this last time of going to this dealership where I purchased my renegade was terrible. I called three days prior on a Tuesday to make an appointment and left a voicemail to schedule a day and time due to hours of operation. The following morning I received a call asking what service my vehicle needed and I explained I’m in the system and had purchased tires two and half years ago. The service center said they could schedule me at 1 pm on a Friday and the tires would be in by Thursday. So I arrived two minutes early today. I parked on the side of the automotive servicing and walked in. Two individuals are chatting behind some kind of work station and a salesman approached me and asks me if I have an appointment. I say “yes, I have an appointment at 1p.m. for tires. He said you can place your keys on the counter and you can sit in the waiting room. So sometime passes a half hour or so and two more Womens walk into the waiting room. The last women is only in the waiting room for 40 mins or so. If that. She is cashed out and on her way. The next women tells me she wasn’t supposed to be there until 4 p.m. for her appointment but she told them she could come earlier. She is cashed out and on her way an hour and a half into my so called “appointment.” While this is all going on my vehicle sits on the side of the building for over an hour while the service center waits on several customers. I go outside and come back in and see the manager. I proceed to ask him if my vehicle is going to be serviced. He asks my name and says your appointment is at 1p.m. (It’s after 2 pm at this point) we’ll get it in for you here shortly. You can wait in the waiting room.” Another hour passes and the manager comes and gets me. He doesn’t explain anything or mention anything. He cashed me out and proceeds to follow me out to my jeep and ask that I give them 9 and 10 stars. I pretty tell him nope for the service I received during that time. I look over my print out only to find that the lug bolts were replaced and not shown or mentioned to me. I’m certain it’s illegal to perform work on a vehicle without notifying the owner that it needs to be done. None of which happened.This is my second time purchasing tires here. I DO NOT recommend this dealership and after seeing first hand how they treat repeat loyal customers I will not return. Apparently they don’t value the loyal repeat customers. I’ll go somewhere that will be honest and forth coming with vehicle work performed. I wish I could give zero stars because that’s what this experience was.

At the very start of our vacation, we were passing through with our RV and our newly purchased Ram 3500 with 5400 miles on it. A radiator hose attachment popped off. I told Steve in service about our situation. It’s Tuesday. He said he could “maybe take a look at it by Friday.”We called another service center and told them we were desperate to get back on the road. They acknowledged that it was a virtually brand new vehicle, and would do anything possible. It’ll be fixed tomorrow (Wednesday).So, Steve, when you’re out on your next vacation, I sincerely hope something happens to your $87,000 vehicle that brings your fun to a complete stop. I also hope you find someone that could help you out, but decides to do absolutely nothing for 4 days. You suck, Steve.

I bought a 2020 Chevy Equinox from Chris, I can't express enough how friendly, helpful and kind he was. If you ever receive a flyer for a prize, ignore it from this dealership. It’s a complete scam and lie. My wife received one and the numbers matched and she called and confirmed that she had won a particular prize. It was a TV with a value of $700. Upon going in to claim the prize, the first person she runs into was pretty rude and grimy looking. He gave off bad vibes for sure. Once you sit down, he went over information and asks for a copy of your drivers license, only after that do they get a paper and match a number that’s not even close and say, “oh, you won’t five dollar gift card for Walmart.” Definitely not what was confirmed or shown on the flyer. It’s literally a scam to get you in. Don’t waste you time. This is actually our third time dealing with James Chrysler for various reasons and it will be the last. We are reporting this scam tactic to local news channels, BBB anyone else willing to listen. I know other dealerships do this too, but at least they’re honest about and are not rude. All I can say, James Chrysler, Jeep & Dodge, DO BETTER!!!

This is my first time buying from this dealership, and I’m really happy with my experience.From Samantha at the Webster location who gave me the details about the car, to Jefferson at the dealership who was so easy to work with and friendly, to the manager who facilitated my loan, everything and everyone was so easy and pleasant.I asked for a quote with and without an extended warranty. When I decided to go without the warranty my choice was accepted with no hint of disappointment and absolutely no pressure. I felt respected, and everything was as it should be. I’m very happy with my new to me car, and with this dealership. Whenever I need another vehicle some day, this dealership is where I will look first. Thanks for the easiest and best car buying experience ever!
