I've have my current account with M&T for almost 20 years and have been doing business with them for years before that. While I won't specify a name, the teller I see at the Seneca Falls branch seems to always be in a bad mood. Her attitude is that customers are an inconvenience to her.

not a rating on the location, but the company. I had called to cancel my card due to fraudulent transactions and order a new one. I was told it would arrive in 24-48 hours. 3 weeks later, still nothing. I call again and they send out a new one. still nothing. this has been going on for a month now.
