Dude, it's the Post Office! You know what to expect, right? Overworked and underpaid civil servants? ✅
That said, they are nice and helpful! The folks working here do a lot of different jobs and do them well.

Went there to mail a letter. I was greeted by the lady, she was so helpful and nice. It was my first time mailing anything so I was lost, but she showed me all the ropes and helped me mail it!
