I have been a client of Shari's for a number of years. It took me many years to work up the courage to talk to someone about laser treatments and other sensitive skin issues. I am SO glad that I found Shari. She made me feel so welcome, comfortable, and took such good care of me. She is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The laser treatments have been very effective and she made it so easy. Also - as someone with sensitive skin, it is very hard to find soaps/shampoo/moisturizers that work for me without irritation. Her recommendations have always hit the target. Her professionally formulated products are all I use now. We are lucky to have someone right here in the Finger Lakes who is so caring and such an expert. Shari's is the only place that I like to go. Shari is super knowledgeable about everything she does and uses and has helped me improve my appearance and through that my confidence. Most wonderful experiences at Shari's! My skin, at 72 years of age, has been very receptive and I'm often mistaken for a woman in early 60's! Treatments r comfortable and applied with instruction and expertise. Very pleased with Shari's care and kindness.

Shari has been my aesthetician for over 10 years. She has kept my skin youthful with her amazing facials and skin care advice. I have also done laser hair removal with her and her new laser is amazing as it destroys the hair and improves your skin tone at the same time. She also does powder brows and I absolutely love mine. I wanted a natural look to fill in areas that have become sparse and she nailed it. She is amazingly talented and is truly a skin expert and loves making her clients look and feel their best. She is a highly knowledgeable professional, who is honest, smart, flexible, caring, sweet natured, extremely considerate, and has an awesome sense of humor. She provides a very safe, comfortable space while offering services on delicate areas that have the potential to cause discomfort and embarrassment.I received laser hair removal in the past at another location. It was only partially effective, with varied results on different areas of my body. My past experience with laser hair removal was quite painful, especially in delicate areas. Shari has improved my facial skin immensely. I've been going to her for 7 years. She is very knowledgeable in every procedure and product that she applies to my skin and body. I make monthly appointments with her for my age spots, wrinkles, tightening and smoothing. She is always improving her business with new equipment and by becoming certified in new techniques. I do not recommend Shari's Derma Technologies. In my experience, they were unorganized and unreliable. They also did not follow their own policies and honor their guarantee. I received laser treatment for a toenail fungus. It cost 600 hundred dollars. When I showed up for a follow-up appointment (scheduled several weeks in advance), no one was there. No one answered the phone. I waited 20 minutes and finally someone came to the door (this was in the middle of the day). The owner was moving -- unaware that I had an appointment scheduled, although she had been present when I scheduled the appointment. She said that she would be there in 15 minutes. I returned, but she was not there. I was told that she was not coming in. I then called her back (twice, the first time there was no answer). She said that she had sent me a text message rescheduling. Since I had just spoken with her, I found this odd. I found it even more odd that the text message she said she sent went to a number that was not mine. I said that I was starting to worry that I was a victim of a scam. She said that was insulted and would not work with me any more. She said she would return my money the following week. When I called her the following week, she refused to give me a full refund -- despite the fact that it is a stated and advertised policy of her store -- but would only refund me 425 dollars.
