Carlos is wonderful! He’s so patient and explains things in a very respectful manner. It’s a pleasure dealing with him. I highly recommend him and this bank which has an “old time” feel. We were so tired of dealing with banks that lacked any kind of personal touch. We’re very happy we gave Apple Bank a try.

Lisa is always unfriendly, unhelpful, irritable. No matter the reason you use the bank she acts as if she’s annoyed and doesn’t understand why or what you’re doing there.
