“We have been using Smitty’s for years and would not go anywhere else but I have to share our most recent experience. A giant thank you to Keith and everyone at Smitty’s Garage. We were minutes away from getting on the ferry and our check engine light came on and started flashing. We drove to Smitty’s Garage instead of getting on the ferry with a packed car, our family of five, and our dog. We were so lucky that they were able to make the repair and get us on our way. Small detour this morning but very grateful to them for helping us. Obviously this was a unique situation but they are always so helpful and we always have a great experience.”

“Joe and the entire team at Chariot Collision did an outstanding job repairing my car after an accident. The accident itself was stressful enough, but Joe immediately put me at ease. He helped arrange a rental car, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and worked directly with my insurance company, which made the entire experience much less stressful.
When I got my car back, it looked absolutely brand new! The paint job was beautiful, and the inside of my car was spotless. The attention to detail and pride they take in their work really shows.

“I stopped in one day because my tired pressure was very low. They helped me fill it with air and offered to check it out for me. No was pressed for time. I offered them money for their help but they refused. Two days later, I stopped in again because my pressure was low again. It was clear they were busy, but they checked out my tire and plugged a nail hole. I was so thankful. I didn't have any cash on me and they said I could bring it to them later. I COMPLETELY FORGOT! When I finally remembered, they were so gracious. I felt terrible and they were telling me not to worry.”
“My family and I have brought our cars to SBG for many years. Staffs are friendly and personable. They usually have availabilities when we call. Prices are reasonable and they work with you. Yesterday I brought my car in because the wiper was not working. Brock found the left ball joint was not installed properly and noticed a bubble in the rear tire. The ball joints were done by Honda Manhasset dealership last month (total cost $2000) and the bubble was not caught by Mobile shop that did the NYS inspection last week. Aside from the money and time spent, very disheartening to learn how irresponsible people can be and do such messy jobs without considering potential consequences. Serious car accidents could have occurred. Brock and his team went and fixed these problems. Glad to know shops like SBG are around.”
