Meh. I'm between a 2.5/3 so take with that what you will. I'm personally more of a CVS girl myself but found myself running into Walgreens to pick up some photos for an event. While they turned out great, they told me that they would be ready at 330. So imagine my surprise when I get there at 345 and they haven't even been printed. I wasn't too happy about this so I said I was told they'd be done by 330 and the man behind the counter said "give me 10-15 minutes and they'll be ready" That's fine I was early anyway so I walked around the store which is very very clean. I picked up a couple of items then headed back around 10 minutes later. Well what do you know, they didn't start the printer. The cashier saw me and SHE started the printer for this job that was supposed to be done 45 minutes ago at this point. The only other thing that was bad was they had me come around the back to make sure it was printing right? Idk? I don't fix printers. Luckily it was done before my event and they came out great. The customer service was kind but they were really really slow and I kept urging how important these photos were. Idk if I'd every come back for the photos but it was a really nice clean store if you need to run in and grab something quick.

Had to stop at the pharmacy today. The staff is so nice and pleasant and helpful. Kindness matters.

I've been coming to Walgreens and their pharmacy for 20 years and they have always been great to me and my family. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the pharmacist is great. He always answers my questions, I never have to wait long to speak with him or a staff member. Highly recommend

This store/pharmacy is the worst!!! They never pick up their phone!! The pharmacy is the absolute worse! They place you on hold and periodically pick up the phone and place you back on hold without saying anything to break the hold time. I have important questions about my husbands medication that I cannot resolve unless I show up in person obviously!! I have been trying to reach the store or the pharmacy since 12pm and it is now 3:30pm!!! I have a mom with Dementia and cannot be left alone to visit the store, my husband is sick so he cannot visit the store either. This is the most insensitive, inhumane pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The management in this store needs to be replaced Asap!!!!
