Where are the adults!? They shouldn’t hire these kids. They are SO unprofessional. They curse, use vulgar language and throw the meds around that they fall on the floor.
The CVS in Holbrook is so much more professional. We just moved here, but I think I’ll go back to Holbrook for my meds.

Prescription was NOT READY on promissed date/time. No apology from pharmacist or updated delivery time/date. They dont care. This place should be abolished. I expect these shady tactics from used care salesmen, not a pharmacy. Shame, shame, shame!

This pharmacy has always been bad. Always lines and mix ups with meds and different pharmacists every 6 months. I need to change. This will never get better

Pharmacist refused to enter the drug company coupon and I should pay $1,320 or wait till January! I went to Walgreens 1/2 mile down the street and paid $9.83 for my medication. Not going back to CVS EVER!

The Pharmacy Technicians and others at this CVS are extremely inefficient, unhelpful, incompetent and uncaring. Despite multiple people, there's always a line and at least a 10 minute plus wait; if there's an issue - it can take upwards of half an hour. Not only is customer service lacking entirely, but the folks there don't seem to know what they're doing - nor do they seem to care. And when pressed, their approach is arrogance and combativeness - the opposite of what should be expected. This is why, after 20+ years of using CVS East Setauket for my prescriptions, I switched to Duane Reade in Stony Brook (despite the distance from my home). Amazing service and care there ! The complete opposite (of CVS) - caring, competent, efficient, helpful - and willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

The pharmacy staff (not the pharmacist) are really rude and unwilling to accommodate. Also, whoever the regional manager is should be embarrassed on how unkempt the store is.

I had a horrible experience with the front check out, photo stand-in manager John screamed at me “PHARMACY” over and over while my online order was literally sitting on the desk behind him. He needs to be fired, he argued with every single person on line and made it move as slowly as humanly possible. I wish I was exaggerating about any aspect of this

Pharmacy: It takes longer and longer to get our meds. They seem to be short staffed often. I am now double checking our meds because I just don’t have trust or faith in them anymore.

The pharmacy is for prescriptions that people need. These are not regular grocery items, but life or death medicine and it should be treated as such. A freshman in high school should not be responsible for this and that’s what happens here. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and extremely frustrating store that I will never go back to.

Local pharmacy is an important part of one’s community experience. Invariably I feel welcomed at CVS. My experience is that I can rely on this local store for more than simply over the counter items. There are nutritional products, and personal items that make life easier. For example, I appreciate the essential oils selection, candles and diffusers. In addition CVS has good prices on household laundry products. Thank you CVS for making shopping a pleasant time.
