The pharmacy staff (not the pharmacist) are really rude and unwilling to accommodate. Also, whoever the regional manager is should be embarrassed on how unkempt the store is.

I had a horrible experience with the front check out, photo stand-in manager John screamed at me “PHARMACY” over and over while my online order was literally sitting on the desk behind him. He needs to be fired, he argued with every single person on line and made it move as slowly as humanly possible. I wish I was exaggerating about any aspect of this

Pharmacy: It takes longer and longer to get our meds. They seem to be short staffed often. I am now double checking our meds because I just don’t have trust or faith in them anymore.

The pharmacy is for prescriptions that people need. These are not regular grocery items, but life or death medicine and it should be treated as such. A freshman in high school should not be responsible for this and that’s what happens here. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and extremely frustrating store that I will never go back to.

Local pharmacy is an important part of one’s community experience. Invariably I feel welcomed at CVS. My experience is that I can rely on this local store for more than simply over the counter items. There are nutritional products, and personal items that make life easier. For example, I appreciate the essential oils selection, candles and diffusers. In addition CVS has good prices on household laundry products. Thank you CVS for making shopping a pleasant time.

I sent over my prescriptions and then I called them to ask about it, only to say they never got it when I did in fact call the other pharmacy to electronically send them to this one with the Rx number and everything. When I called to double check they said they never saw anything that got sent over which is strange because it's electronic. It shouldn't be such a hassle just to do simple transfers. The robot isn't very helpful either because every time I enter the prescription number it says it can'y find it. It is very disorganized and you really have to call multiple times to make the pharmacists do their jobs.

Today I had a great experience at CVS. I had to get photos made and the employee who helped me was excellent. His name is Muhammad. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient!

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever dealt with, and sadly, it's been this bad for years. Picking up a prescription? Good luck. Want them to talk to your doctor cause they never have any meds.

Fascinating, apparently had not volunteered all personal information to CVS. Had no update on prescription status and called to inquire.Most Orwellian chat bot ever. I requested a human. Denied, I became frustrated and used some low language and words not typical in my conversation.So, Interesting CVS chatbot retaliated multiple times with an ear-piercing tone in my receiver. Eventually was connected to a very kind and informative human CVS employee.Arthur Clarke would certainly applaud the CVS effort to subvert human interaction and free will.

Rude, not efficient. Always act like they are doing you a favor. They never offer to help when you are looking for a medication. They need some serious training. In addition, they always blame the doctor or insurance company if there is an issue.

I have been going to CVS for nearly 30 years. The store and it's staff have gotten progressively worse over the last 10 years. The pharmacy is only concerned about turning over prescriptions and does not care about the patients nor care. I just was trying to answer the automated prompts and was denied the opportunity to receive free COVID tests because 'we are closing soon' (Eve though this was my 2nd trip back because my simple albuterol prescription was ready yet. If there was a way to give a .5 a star I would. RUN AWAY!!!

Always have 15-60 min waits for pharmacy
