Too many fees. The person who open my account was nice however, Citizens Bank as a company is very hard to deal with. Called three times and they couldn't find a record of my calls. They are worth 18.02 billion today and they refuse to give better phone service.

I’ve been banking with Citizens since it became Citizens. I rarely need anything from my bank. I recently had an issue receiving checks I ordered. Was told I needed to speak to Eric the manager. Left a messsge for Eric twice! It’s been 6 days now!
