Onicka Bustamante did a color correction from another salon. Yesterday I had my appointment for a touchup, low light, adding some brightness to the front and a glaze. She was so wonderful and communicating with me and making me feel so comfortable. The color came out absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend the salon for many reasons, but mainly Onicka! She is great listener, very kind and so talented! The Salon is clean and the staff is very friendly. I’m sure all the hairdressers a great. amazing. I highly recommend this salon.Services: Blowouts

Ashley did a wonderful job cutting my hair! I’m always so unsure of what would look good for my face type but she was able to guide me through it and help me decide what I want! Absolutely recommend Ashley.

They are very good a squeezing me in. Angel is my go to. She's fun, friendly, and does a great job. Because of alternating between permanent and semi-permanent color my hair is much healthy and the color lasts a long time

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have been coming to this hair salon for a while now, and I decided to stick with this salon even after my hair stylist left (my work schedule did not work with her new schedule). I met with my new stylist and I told her I wanted my hair balayage, of a brown with an undertone of yellow and my white hairs covered at the roots. She died my roots first and proceeded to do the balayage. She was rushing a little bit at the end because I had scheduled a dental appointment afterwards and she wanted to make sure I would make it, which I appreciated. As she was drying my hair, my heart just sank because my hair looked orange. She could tell that I did not like it and was trying to correct the color for me. At this point, I showed her the picture that I wanted and I really thought we were on the same page. Mind you, I cancelled my dental appointment since I was paying for a service and wanted it to come out nice. Fast forward, she dries my hair again and my hair honestly still looks the same color to me. The same disgusting orange. She claims at this point that it's the lighting that's throwing me off, that the roots are brighter and indeed my ends are at least the color I want. Isn't the lighting at the salon supposed to make your hair look BETTER? I also get that light plays a huge part in how one perceives color but come on...it shouldn't change one's perception of color that much! I felt like I was getting gaslighted by her when she kept blaming the color on the lighting. I know the color I saw and it wasn't what I wanted. She knew how unhappy I was and offers to recolor my hair but I wanted to give my hair a break at this point. What was supposed to be roughly a 3 hour appointment turned to 6 hours of me being in the chair and her trying to correct my hair. I didn't want to sit there another however many hours for her to fix my hair. She tells me to give my hair 2 weeks, for me to see if I will like it. If not, to come back and she will fix it. Up until this point, I was cordial and polite. I truly appreciated the effort she was putting in. The next part is what got me. I call the salon after the 2 weeks are up to tell them I was still unhappy. My hair was still brown/orange and I realized my whites were not fully even covered! I spoke to the receptionist and she has the audacity to tell me that I called too late! She stated that they only fix the problem if you come back within a week, and since I'm nearing a month now, I will be charged depending on what the stylist is going to have to do to fix the problem. I was livid. She made me feel like I was a liar and that I heard the information wrong. The stylist told me MULTIPLE times to give my hair 2 weeks. I even repeated it back to her that I will give it 2 weeks and that I will come back if I still don't like it. How can they lie to their clients?? It would have been nice if she had told me about the store's policy! But she arbitrarily tells me 2 weeks! Moral of the story: Ever since the salon got their makeover, I feel like it's not what it used to be. They lie to their clients only to try and make more money. If you want to be treated with compassion and care, I suggest you look for somewhere else. Rather, if you want to get your hair dyed....go to someone who actually knows how to dye hair. I know I will. They just lost their long time customer.

To say I'm happy to have found this salon is an understatement. I called the morning of to make an appointment for a blow out and luckily got one. I went to Ashley (Red) and she's amazing! I left feeling pampered and looking great. Not to mention the prices are affordable, I will definitely be coming back here for all of my blow outs!!

I asked for a balayage, was quoted for a balayage at my consultation, I paid a deposit for a balayage, and on the day of my appt the stylist said she changed her mind. She tried to blend my dirty blond roots into my bleached hair but the end result was iritatingly similar to how it looks normally. I was charged $350 (not including tip) for her to do an extraction of the "fun" color I had in and that was pretty much it. Absolutely wild. My coworkers laughed when they saw my hair knowing the amount I paid for it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.Services: Hairstyling

Left the salon feeling fine, got to my car and realized my bangs were chopped extremely choppy and WAY too short. Did the complete opposite of what I asked for. Now I’m left with hair that looks like a boys hair cut. Never been so upset with a haircut or my appearance before. 70$ of my money down the drain.Service: Haircut

Went to get some color to go more blonde, same as Everytime, only difference we added was a root smudge which I was told was just a little smudging at the top to blend the root to the blonde so it would grow out nicely since I don’t do my hair too often and my hair came out COMPLETELY different than what I asked for.. The entire time everyone was rushing around to the point where I felt I was going to be forgotten about, as I was sitting with toner in my hair for way longer than normal, i was able to finally get someone’s attention and I asked, can we check the timer? when the girl checked the timer it wasn’t even on, she was messing with it and putting it up to her ear, she finally rushed over and quickly washed the toner out leaving some in still and shampoo as well, my hair was full of suds and toner still as she smiled and said all set! The girls seemed way over booked and rushed.. My hair was completely different then what I asked for upon leaving.. I just sat in my car and cried.. after paying soo much money I hesitantly decided on going back to have it corrected to what I asked for the first time, no problem they said, well after waiting two more weeks they got me in to correct it and in the end I was charged AGAIN! All I wanted was to correct it to what I asked for originally.. Almost $700 dollars later I was very upset and respectfully explained the situation to the owner and the ending result was, being called a LIAR saying, that’s what I asked for and then changed my mind which is just NOT TRUE! Then being told well, then it really should have been a double process, well then that’s what should have been done the first time if that’s what it takes for me to achieve the results I was looking for, that’s a big lack of communication and a waste of everyone’s time and energy and money.. I’ve been a blond for years, going a little lighter every year so I don’t damage my hair, I left a brunette and destroyed my hair for nothing, the hair was finally corrected but my money was never refunded, DO NOT go here, the owner is EXTREMELY rude and unfair! Overpriced and does not respect her customers business.. if I could give it less stars I would.. Proceed with caution when choosing this salonService: Hair coloring
