Stopped in because my tire pressure was low. The mechanic was SO nice and helped me out air in my tires. Offered to check it for a nail but I didn't have time. I retired 2 days later because I did in fact have a nail. He fixed it on the spot. I discovered I didn't have cash on me so they said to bring it another time. I COMPLETELY FORGOT. Weeks later I returned with the cash and he was so gracious. I felt terrible, apologizing over and over and he just said "no problem." I highly recommend them! So nice!

100 bucks car inspection eventually caused me $2200 !!!!!
i made an inspection for my benz cls 550 two days ago, they put my car on the rack without turn off the engine, the air suspension leak and broke, and the refuse to admit their fault and can't fix it.
i drove a good condition car here to do the inspection, and when the do the inspection, they told me everything is perfect about the car, and now i need to take care of $2200 bills from the benz of smithtown myslef.
don't ever go this store!!!
i will upload the picture of the $2200 bills later after i get my car back form smithtown, as long as the inspection. the date and everything prove that.

Went to Joe for an yearly inspection. Got it done quickly and didn’t con me. Honest and fair. Him and his employees know their stuff and are happy to explain everything. Would recommend!

Went to Joe after other gas stations in the area either had no availability or didn’t want to be bothered with an oil change mid afternoon on a Saturday . Joe not only took me in and had my truck ready in under 90 minutes but he also dropped me back at my house and later returned to pick me up . I was wow’d by his customer service and the oil change was done neatly and efficiently at an excellent price .
I have 4 cars and they’ll all be going to Joe from here on out !

Literally went here because i heard about saving 5 cents a gallon with rewards members its more expensive than all the other gas by 10-20 cents. What a rip off.

Dont go to this Garage, these are con men , they talked me into expensive unwanted repairs , finally they threatened to sieze my car untill i paid the full service money , they even replaced my tires and gave me some old worn out tires , dont get fooled like me .
