Scheduled deliveries for some time. Local and used to be Good. My last 2 orders included cracked eggs, 6 changes due to empty shelves, increases of administrative charges, and more. Sounds like they are preparing to be one of the stores to be closing. Can't happen too soon for 15 year local customers.

Awful Deli experience, I put my order in by the computer kios in store, I received an alert on my phone. My order was ready. I went to pick up my order and nobody was at the counter. After about 15 minutes to guys came through ignored me and I called for help they looked at me and turned away. Not very professional.

This store leaves a lot to be desired. The employees are friendly enough, but the store is very poorly stocked. They are regularly out of many items -- Nature's Promise milk, half and half to name a couple. Many of the shelves have huge empty spaces. The vegetables in the freezer section seem to be just tossed in randomly. I recently visited a friend in Massachusetts and went to a Market Basket there. The difference was night and day. Every shelf was fully stocked and they have employees who walk around filling in gaps and straightening items. That's the difference between a family run grocery store that cares and a big corporate chain like S&S.

Nice shop, good quality of fruits and berries :) Very friendly team working there, comfortable pick up service, John at seafood department very nice and "always ready to help" guy :)

The pharmacist and staff and the Rte 25A Setauket location are outstanding. They always go the extra mile, and it’s clear they care about their customers. They always provide detailed information and patiently answer any and all questions. They have been are go to pharmacy for the last 5 years and I can’t say enough good things about this knowledgeable and caring staff.

I love this Stop and Shop! I have been going there for at least 10 years getting prescriptions for my parents and now me. The cashiers up front seriously treat me like family, especially MiMI and Geri. They look out for me, and we worry about each other when any of the others aren't there. They are always so happy and cheerful, sure, maybe you can save 5 cents at another, but I have not found any other places that has staff that treat me so well. Five stars all day long!

After my negative review regarding the cashiers at the E Setauket location it is only fair that I update my comments. I have experienced polite, careful cashiers the last few weeks. Today I even received "thank you - have a nice day and stay safe" from the cashier. Kudos to the manager at this location who read my negative review and did something about it.
