Every year the price increases like everywhere else. However they decided to up the rent by $40. They are charging $175 for a 5X10 unit where you can find it much cheaper other places in the local area. I will be moving out of this storage unit by next month.

This storage company provides poor service. They include hidden fees and seem to take advantage of students by surprising them with unexpected charges.
As a parent, I expect transparency and honesty—especially when dealing with college students who are already stressed and focused on exams. This company appears to exploit that

Knowledgeable sales staff, very professional. Took the time to make sure that I wouldn't get lost and also demonstrated the code system and security. The holiday deal got me in the door but the staff got me to sign up! 😎

Simple, quick and professional! Tina Quagliano, Property Manager was fantastic! What a wonderful and easy experience on setting up my storage unit. Can’t believe I got a free UHaul for move in.
Tina walked me through (literally) the entire process and even assisted with setting up my mobile application to allow access to gate, elevator and storage location. It was fast, easy and no hassle service. Tina Rocks!

Had a great experience renting my storage unit at the Lock Up, the rental paperwork was straightforward and the manager was incredibly helpful and went over and above to help me. Feel very secure and have already moved stuff in, it was very smooth.

Great place to store furniture and your household stuff you can’t part away from. The staff is very thoughtful, friendly and helpful. Max who works in the front office at the East Sauteket location was amazingly helpful!!

It’s a nice storage facility and is temperature regulated. They have carts for you to put your things on from the car and bring them to your storage unit, and vice versa. It’s helpful especially being upstairs . Manager is friendly, the place is clean
