I have been going to F45 (Setauket) for the last 2 months. Great workout that is constantly changing from class to class. Instructors are fantastic, super motivational and aim to build a community. Recommends to all age groups who are looking to challenge themselves and take control of their fitness and health by joining the F45 community!

I’ve used ClassPass to explore different gyms in the area, and F45 has become my top choice. It’s beginner-friendly and has a great community, especially for women—I’ve met so many amazing girls there! I love how their classes are designed, offering a mix of cardio and weights so you can tailor your workout to your own goals. I’m really happy to have found a workout routine I can stick with.

I’ve been going to f45 for a few weeks now and I love it! I started off with a 7 day trial at this location and they’ve been stuck with me ever since. All of the instructors are great and all of the classes push your body in ways you never thought it could. 10/10

Big parking lot but can get a little tight in and out. Park toward the outsides of the entryways.Stop and Shop, Starbucks, Wild by Nature (health food) are good options.The package store is unable to ship UPS pre-labels but there's a full UPS further west.Restaurants here are worth passing up though I've never tried the new TexMex place.The hardware store is around back. The people there are great and know their stuff. Pizza over on that side is decent.Pass on the bakery.The shoe store has an occasional good sports shoe when needed.

I really am enjoying my training at F45 in East Setuak.The trainers are very friendly and helpful. They take into consideration my special needs related to light and sounds.They support me when I'm struggling to process the movement of the exercise. I highly recommend starting your fitness journey here. I feel motivated and stronger since beginning my journey.

We went to Meat Farms. It was fine, but no one returns their shopping carts. They're abandoned all over the parking lot like the rapture happened. Seriously, why don't people return the shopping carts here? It's really bizarre.
