There's a parking lot behind the store but goos luck finding an empty spot, most of the cars look like they have been parked there for days. Almost no street parking available, better have someone else in the car so you can stay in an ambulance street spot.BUT why even bother going in to this store. Only 1 out of 4 items were in stock. The shelves were practically bare. If you find what you want in stock you have to hold it in your hands, there are no red store baskets, no carts, nothing. No wonder the security guard is there watching everybody with eagle eyes.

Terrible customer service, you will be served with so much attitude, so you leave the pharmacy feeling they did you a HUGE favor processing your order, if you are lucky to be served at all...

During the April 5th 2023 CVS outage these guys' solution was simple - you ain't getting your medicine even if they have already prepared it for you! Nobody cared that my medicine was lying on one of the shelves 10 feet from the register - \\\"the system is down and we can't give it to you\\\". I ended up calling the doctor to switch it to Walgreens and then spending some time on the phone with the insurance explaining that I still need it even though it was already made by CVS. Fortunately it worked out, despite the total lack of care for the health of their customers by the people at this location.

Parking is for CVS employees. Not for customers. Impossible to park a car. Spots are taken always by employees. 5-6 customers right now but parking if full…. Can not pick up a medication

The pharmacist, Emanuela K, on the phone was super helpful, patient, and kind. She put everything I needed in order and made sure I got my prescription at the lowest price possible when I went to pick it up. Thank you!

Went in for a Covid booster. Completely disorganized. I'd made an appointment days prior but as I arrived was I was sent to several different places within the store and no staff appeared to have an idea what to do

It's a hit or miss. Better then nothing. If not for the coupons and it being the only drugstore nearby I wouldn't bother. HOWEVER, I was able to get my flu and covid shot within 10 minutes of the appt time whereas Rite Aid made me wait 45 minutes twice and I was the only one there.

God forbid you need a picture printed on canvas and give them all day to do it. Prob won’t be done. And they won’t know what’s even going on. Called in earlier to even have them do this and not done ofcourse. They said they’d call but did not. Had this done for a present and guess who showed up without the canvas. Terrible service.

The staff is either really rude on the phone with no reason or they actually don’t know how to put a call on hold. It took 4 calls to get a simple yes or no answer from them.

This place is so understaffed. There are poor working conditions for the staff. They only have self checkout and no actual person at the register. The poor kid working up front was alone and had so many people to tend to and was so overwhelmed. I felt so bad that I decided not to buy the gift card I wanted because it would have to be activated by a staff member.

Update: I had a very helpful, pleasant experience with Greg, this morning -- he assisted me with a return of a few items and then helped me find the electronics location. A smooth, quick, pleasant trip!\\n\\nJust based on my calling into the pharmacy to get a prescription transferred to this location--I'd give it 5 stars. Gina answered the phone and she was helpful, cheerful, quick and responsive.\\nUpdate: They have a clean, bright new \\\"health hub\\\" at this location. When I visited recently two employees asked me if they could help me find anything.

The staff was really rude when I went for a pickup the short white Russian guy with the medium fade and hair up to be exact. He kept giving dirty looks to me and my mom. Meanwhile we were sitting there for more then 10 mins for a prescription that was already done but no one ever called my name. This place is really umperfessional. Why does that guy have a job if his customer service is so horrible ?
