Most recently I had an issue due to a disconnect between my pool heater installer and the technician from Suburban Propane who did the hook up. Julia Martinez in the SP office was very persistent in helping to get it resolved and ensuring that I was not billed extra for rework that was necessary. So grateful for all the help!”

“Last month John Hallman installed a gas fireplace. Installation went smoothly in several hours. It’s terrific. I was reluctant to switch from wood but my wife pushed for it and we’re both extremely pleased with the results. Very convenient. Looks great. And our cats love to sleep in front of it.”
