I’ve been to Island Boatyard several times, and I must say my wife and I always enjoy going there. I find the staff very nice but also very young. They are helpful, but I like to tie up my own boat as well as connect electric but they are there to help if needed having the restaurant right there an outdoor bar, a pool, the water a beach has basically everything you need for a great boating vacation spot. if anyone from Island Boatyard, his reading this I have two small requests. As a transient is there anyway we can get better Internet service in the Marina area. The last several times that I’ve been there there’s always been very weak Internet service also a garbage pail near the dock, would be nice as well as it’s a long walk to the dumpster and sometimes difficult to open, you have the staff there? I’m sure it should not be a problem thank you.

Beyond thankful to have booked the Boathouse for our wedding.First off, the location is one of the most picturesque spots I have seen. If you love nature and the water but want the option for an indoor/outdoor wedding, the Boathouse is the perfect option. Second, James and Megan were extremely helpful and ensured the day went smooth. Leading up to the day, Megan was so helpful and responsible. I had a number of logistical questions and Megan really went above and beyond and she always responded to my email in less than 24 hours! She is the down to earth, knowledgeable, and I really felt she went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Finally, if you want to include your personal flair into your wedding, the Boathouse will make your dreams come true. All of our guests are still talking about how beautiful the space was. There are so many great options for pictures before dinner, including a beautiful sunset. Book your wedding at the Boathouse ASAP!

Been going here for a few years now. I don't understand the negative reviews because we've always had good experiences with transient docking. The facilities are immaculately maintained and the food is great. We've yet to eat at the restaurant (Salt) because it's always booked, but they bring food to the outside bar area. The staff seem friendly and accommodating. Enjoy the experience every time.
