They deserve 10/10!!!! Never have I experienced a towing company that arrived as fast as they did. I have AAA and they are trash in comparison. AAA wouldn't even help me but this company showed up quick and got the job done fast. Thank you so much for towing my rental box truck. I highly recommend!

I called Liberty to help me with a slow leak on in my left front tire. Within a few minutes of speaking with Tommy, Carlos was at the Pridwin, diagnosed a leak due to a deeply embedded screw. Shortly, he had the screw removed, tire patched, and returned to proper pressure.I am grateful and impressed with the professionalism of both Tommy and Carlos! They were so lovely to deal with, came to the hotel quickly and had us good to go. I am thankful this service is available on Shelter Island and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company. My tow truck driver came within the estimated time window and was both extremely nice and very helpful. I feel he went above and beyond to take a quick look at my car and give me some advice on what my next steps should be after the tow to have my car back on the road and it was greatly appreciated. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly experienced. Again, he was very nice and provided great conversation while towing my car (and me) back to my house. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

These guys went above and beyond. Quick response time even on a rainy Saturday night. All while being courteous and professional. Gave us a super fair quote on top of it all. I hope to not need them often, but if I'm ever in a bind I know exactly who to call.

Carlos was very helpful and got me back on the road in no time. I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and to TOP IT OFF I locked my keys in the car when got out to see what happened. He was able to unlock my car and change my tire faster than a NASCAR crew.Services: Car lockouts

Tommy did great job helping me out with a difficult tow. Short story I lost my keys and the car was locked. He took his time and figured it out and got me to the dealership to replace the key fab and was professional.

I was stranded on the side of the LIE coming exit 71 coming home from work. I called every tow truck service in the area and no one would come out to get me. So I called State Farm and through them they patched me through to Liberty Automotive. This guy was super nice, he called me and let me know he would be a while before he could get to me. He also called me multiple times to update me on where he was and his ETA while he was on his way to get me, which was great. He towed my car all the way home to Massapequa.
