“This review is going to sound like I’m Bobby’s cousin as I wish I could give it 6 stars. It all started on a Sunday when I got two flat tires at the same time. While waiting for AAA I was searching for a local garage that could fix the car as the AAA garages were all too far away. I stumbled upon B&B but the site said closed on Sunday so I left a message hoping to get a call back Monday morning. But what happened was I was called back in 10 min by Bobby who then checked in with me all day on his day off to make sure I was ok. The car was eventually picked up and dropped there and first thing Mon Bobby was on it! Trying to track down two tires on the day when all the dealerships are closed turned into quite an adventure but after I told him I needed to be back in the city to take my elderly father to the dr he went into overdrive, made it his number one priority and got me back on the road that day!I will forever remember the care and competency with which his team took care of me not to mention I also got to meet his cool dog!Service: Tires”
“Our Mercedes Gl450 broke down four days before our expected return to the city. East End was quickly able to diagnose the issue, repair the vehicle, and get us on the road again. Turns out is was a combined starter, battery, and electrical issue.I have my favorite mechanic in the city, but I wouldn’t hesitate to take it to Edgar at East End Auto. He’s honest, fair, and quick. If we lived in East Hampton full time, he would be my go to guy for this vehicle.Thanks again!!”
“Guillermo was leaving for the day and saw me at the Air Machine. He stopped his car and jumped out to help me and actually found a nail in my tire. With out missing a beat he patched my tire and checked the other three. Not knowing there was a nail I would have wound up with a flat on the side if the highway. The owner of this station should be proud to have an amazingly kind hardworking person working for them.”

“They deserve 10/10!!!! Never have I experienced a towing company that arrived as fast as they did. I have AAA and they are trash in comparison.
