“Tire blew on my trailer on a Sunday evening and had to leave parked on berm of interstate. Left a message on their website chat and they got back to me first thing Monday morning. I brought the rim/tire to them and they found a temporary tire for me to use to bring the trailer in so they could order and replace all four tires, since they were 16 years old and only see the road 2x per year.
