Store is a joke! Vegetables are rotting in the produce section, prices are out of sight and the customer service counter is horrible(except for Jackie). You try cashing in a lottery ticket and they turn you away because the lazy one hasn’t counted the money yet after the service counter being open for an hour. I guess they would rather chat than do their job. It’s really sad when they know price chopper is up the road and they don’t care. Add me to the list of lost customers!

Ridiculously high prices and very little stock. More like a gigantic convenience store. Deli/hot food area looks deserted and sad; they have a butcher but no case with fresh meat (just packaged). Plus only one register is ever open, so even though there are 3 cars in the parking lot you have to wait longer than you should to check out.
I go here when I absolutely need to because it’s less than a mile from my house, but what a wasted opportunity. I have no idea how they stay in business. This area could do so, so much better. Instead a lot of us drive 30+ minutes for better stores.

For a supermarket they are too over priced. They never have anything on the shelf . They don’t have a seafood section. They don’t have an international aisle either . This store is so inconvenient. They need to get rid of all grand union and build shop rites . Upstate ny has to do better . This area is so disappointing when it comes to everything. I have to drive an hour to get the food I like.

I never see more than 1 register open at anytime for checking out. No self checkout registers either. Prices are higher than other supermarkets. At least the store is clean and well stocked.

Pharmacy cashier needs a vacation. Older lady was very short when looking up my prescription. The Drs. Sent it to the wrong pharmacy 2x.
