I have lost 2 packages in December 2024. I called the post office and the response was the scanner shows it was delivered I saw a postal truck across the street but never came to my porch or I would have seen the delivery. On December 16 another package was not delivered that was supposedly scanned. I the same day I received my supplies from the V.A. pharmacy

The female clerk with the brown hair was fantastic.At first she was mistaken about the rules of conduct on postal property, but when givin the chance to review poster 7 she excepted it and changed her tune without any attitude.She is an exceptional employee.

They never have an issue delivering all of my bills and the plethora of junk mail to my mailbox but when I order and expect an important package delivered on time for a special event they 'can't locate the delivery location.' Rather than contacting me within their business hours to solve their problem I had to find this out through tracking the package (which I had been doing for a week) after their operating hours and won't get my package until too late, if they ever find my 'clearly visible from the road' mailbox.
