why doesnt this company respond to emails? We want to be become a distributor but we cant contact anyone?

My boyfriend is taking testosterone and he takes 0.3 ml per dose and he only gets 3 doses from each vial and therefore loses 2 doses per refill because there is not enough in vial to get the other 2 doses. Would you please check? It is very frustrating. Thanks!
