ZERO stars for this location. The people working just sat there starring at me until I approached someone for help. I have been with AT&T since 2019 and have never experienced what I did when I walked through the door today. Please do better!!!

Darby at AT&T was incredibly helpful to me during g both of my visits to the store this week. He eagerly went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled thoroughly and taken care of before I left the store. His clear communication, patience, and demeanor really made my day. Great experience today. Had a 1:00 pm appointment and was accommodated within 5 minutes of appointment time. The salesman was terrific. 40 minutes and we were finished with the upgrade.

My son and I entered the store and was warmly greeted by David. He was professional and secured my son’s phone with a SIM card and updated his WiFi connection. He also secured my insurance coverage for all 5 phones. I am very grateful to David here in Shirley.

I wanted to upgrade my phone and waited for next tech to be free to assist me with options. David, patient and nice guy, at Shirley Store helped me understand important settings and info in my phone. He made the process simple. Left store with my new phone fully backed up, same look and setup like my former phone. All in tact like I wanted. Thank you David.
