Manuel the account manager buys the branch a big lunch from the empanada store nearby and then removes the tip from the Uber driver who delivered it. Low class individual.

I been waiting over 20 mins to make a deposit. The girls at the counter have been gossiping and are avoiding every costumer for over 20 mins. I usually receive very good customer service from other banks of America but avoid this one if you can. Worst service.

Every time I go there there’s no more than 2 tellers and it’s the weekend. I’ve never been to any bank with so little amount of people working. Believe me I would never go there if I didn’t have to.

They steal your money. Very unprofessional called me at my place of employment which no personal calls are allowed to just wish me a happy new year. Will be closing this account very soon keeping very close eye on my funds till then.

I normally do not review bank locations...but this one is exceptionally poor. Multiple times I have been in there with literally a line out the door. The ATM's frequently have an issue. Even yesterday one was only for deposits. If you need more than a teller.. .be prepared to wait upwards of an hour.

They need more help with customer service. Each customer takes 20 min each and they only have 1 working at a time with 8 empty office's. God forbid there is 3 customers in front of you. This has been on 3 separate occasions.

It's not my personal bank but I went in to complete a transaction for my sister. And you have to walk in because there is no drive through. Parking is ok, reasonable. When you walk in you have to weave through the customers on line for the ATM. Poor placement for a bank that encourages ATM banking because for the rest of us that like to or have to use the counter you can not even get into the door. At the teller area there is a tiny counter with two slots for deposit/withdrawal slips. Only two people can be there at the same time. The two tellers really acted like they didn't want to be there AT ALL! I can't imagine how beat up they get all day long. In just the two times I was there there were disgruntled customers. Why anyone banks there is beyond my comprehension.
