I called to inquire about a promotion Boost Mobile is having and I had the pleasure of speaking with a sales representative by the name of Sergio. Sergio was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Sergio for any questions or concerns one may have when it comes to Boost Mobile at the Shirley location.

I have shopped this location since 2016, getting a phone/upgrade from them every 2 years. This time though my screen protector was put on off-center in store by the rep who completed the switch over and set up and when I commented on it was told "well it's the only one we have for that phone." Then when the glass cracked on the unprotected quarter inch gap between the screen protector and case and I called this store to find out my options, I was told I was a few days past one month of purchase so there's nothing they can do. I asked if I could buy a replacement screen since I had just spent $200 on this one 34 days ago, and she laughed and said I had to buy a new phone . My issue is this store put the screen protector on wrong; (a phone tech in another store said that wouldn't have happened the way it did had the protector been on right as it shattered the glass underneath while the protector was fine); then they were condescending and rude and wouldn't even try to work w me to rectify their mistake . I had to wait to be able to buy another at full price (which from here on I will go elsewhere for phones) .

The oldest cellphone store in the town I use to come with my dad now I bring my children and I always get help with my phone I thought I lost my phone book but somehow they got it back I was so lost without my phone book ? so happy ?

BYE BOOST! You went from Awesome to AWFUL! Lost me as a customer of many years. Your transition from old boost to new boost cost you. Months of poor, slow or no service at times. Terrible service now and I’m not sticking around for it.

Best customer service experience. The reps were super knowledgeable. Help me sep up my new device and transfer my information from my old device to the new one. Will definitely recommend :)

Today was the worst customer service experience… I went in there wanting a new phone and I was asking questions when the man became irritable and began making rude comments saying “I’m not understanding what you are saying” cutting me off every time I was in the middle of the question.

Worst Experience I have ever Encountered with a Representative named Sergio. - He also Slammed (which indicates action and he confirmed it) the phone: disconnected; intentionally, on me. My disabled sister was in the store asking for assistance at 609 pm Sat July 16th, 2022. He further; continued - unprofessionally with rude interruptions. It ended with me asking my sister if she could leave the store and that I would follow up with corporate.I have never had a horrible customer service experience like this ever.The Young man told me that I'm not better than him and that he can say what he wants to.I asked, is this what that teach in youin training?He replied, you aint my Boss i can say and do what I want to do. I asked in what circumstanceswouldyou hang up on a customer? Wheneverif I feel like it. He said did you look me up online? I replied, what! 658pm I mentioned being recorded... he didn't care whatsoever.( Location: Shirley LI NY)

Sat there for several hours as a definitive paying customer. Until they told me told go next door so my young children could use the bathroom, and not once, but twice. Not a family-oriented, friendly store.
