What a joke this place is first of all you call and it’s like your a inconvenience then once you get past there attitude if they don’t wanna bother with you they just hang up I would t send my kids power wheels to these girls

I took my 23 GSXR-1000 to Chaos Cycle to get frame sliders installed and a mounting bolt issue. I was quickly met with help and was able to arrange the installation and repair day for the work to be done. After the work was done initially I had worries on how it came out and I voiced this concern to the owner and he right away found a solution! He ordered the parts that it needed and worked with me despite some discrepancies. This establishment and staff are very professional and courteous. I recommend to anyone with a motorcycle and will for sure be back for future work.

I always bring my bikes to Chaos. Amazing customer service. Awesome guys that take care of your stuff like it’s their own. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They’ve helped me out so much and their work speaks for itself amazing.

Not good at all !!! Who ever they had work on the bike doesn’t have a clue what they are doing They had the bike for just under a month Had to fix everything they messed up when I got the bike back Never would recommend

Dropped off my Shovelhead with a runaway starter problem.Month and a half later I picked up my Shovelhead untouched, 25 or 30 bikes at the shop, that opens at 11:00 the owner mechanic shows up around noon. I went to a professional mechanic in Huntington he said yeah I'll fix your bike, but I don't want it here until I can get to it that's more like what I wanted to hear. My advice to you if you see a lot of bikes at the shop there's probably a good reason for it. You open up at noon maybe you're biting off a little more than you can chew or care to

Dropped off my Shovelhead had a runaway starter month and a half later I went and picked up my Shovelhead untouched still 25 bikes at the shop that opens at 11:00 mechanic owner shows up around 12:00 when you get to a shop there's a lot of bikes around probably a good reason for it I went to a professional mechanic in Huntington who allegedly hollers at everybody the man was as nice as could be he shows up at 9:00 told me yeah I'll fix your bike but I don't want it sitting around if I'm not going to get to it that's more like what I wanted to hear I think if you're going to show up at noon maybe you shouldn't take on so much work

Chaos Cycle is exactly the place you want to go if you want a master mechanic working on or building your motorcycle. George is an upstanding guy who provides for his family with his craft. They have roots on Long Island making it a great mom and pop shop to support.
