When I purchase something I usually wait 2 to 3 months to post. Well had a problem with a phone I purchased, this guy is the best around, no surprises stands behind he product and service. If you need anything cellular he is the guy 100% stand up highly recommended. Thx

Mike replaced the battery on my IPhone 8. I called this morning and was able to get a new battery right away. This was our second visit since he replaced the battery on my husband’s phone last year.
Mike is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely use Crazy Guy Cells again.

Went there yesterday and Mike is an awesome guy. He did everything to switch my android phones . And was pretty successful in doing it all, considering my old phone had a dead battery but he did it....would highly recommend him.

The service that I received here has been amazing, this has been my second time coming back only because my son has broken his phone once again. Mike is super fast, efficient, and reliable. Not to mention he knows exactly what he was doing to fix the repair. Awesome job. Prices are reasonable as well. Thank you again.

I had broken the camera lens on my iPhone and needed it repaired. There was dirt on the camera leaving spots in my pics. I got a call that my parts were in; handed over my phone. He replaced the camera for $130 and handed my phone back. I asked about why the lens wasn’t done, he said the parts weren’t in and he’d let me know when they were. Months later, i never got a call and my new camera takes spotty pics. Avoid this place.

Not happy at all . Was told the full price phone I brought was brand new but apps already had accounts that have been signed into them . Had nothing but problems with the phone from day one . Called multiple times about these problems. After months I asked to switch it in or if there was anything he could help me do bc this phone obviously was not working correctly. I was told "no its been 6 months" I laughed and explained 6 months of phone calls to you about it, coming into the store with it, switching to different carriers to fix it , even was explained by the multiple carriers that it was the phone and not the service, which I explained to you etc. I think it is unfair and that he is a rip off. How can you sell people used phones for 800.00 that dont work correctly, say they are brand new, then you don't help to fix it? Disappointing.

Highly upset . I was sold a phone for a lot of money ($800) , asked if it was used or refurbished bc of all the problems I was having with it and was told absolutely not . Then opened the Netflix account to find two user names already programmed in. So upset . Thought the phone was new?

My daughter had accidentally dropped her phone (which was in an Otterbox with a screen protector) and the phone screen was black, it seemed it wouldn't turn on. I went to see Mike at Crazy Guy Cells and he had said that it was the LCD display that had broken (the screen gkass was perfectly intact). He explained that he could fix it without a problem. He was very attentive and super nice. In just a few minutes he was able to fix her phone and check her battery life (he said it was still good but nearing thetime to consider replacing). The price was very reasonable and he even put a new screen protector on free of charge. I highly recommend Mike and Crazy Guy Cells!!!!
