Why is the restroom in this store closed to the public? It really should be available, especially since this is the last pharmacy at the end of William Floyd and there aren’t any others nearby. It’s a basic need and would be a considerate service for customers.

Before and after the pandemic I gave this location a 3 to 4 stars. Honestly, since then the CVS in Havenwood has gotten to be the most efficient pharmacy out of all the other locations (even Walgreens). Not sure if I want to advertise this since I dont want them to get too busy like before, but the crew here deserves the praise! Initially, I really disliked the no-answering customer phone calls and dreaded leaving just a voicemail. Seems as if this method was flimsy, too many uncertainties to be anxious about...whether someone would actually listen to the VM and reply back with a phone call...Luckily, I was surprised that the pharmacists did call rather in a prompt manner, usually within 10 to 20 minutes later. I can't vouch for other wait-times but it has been consistent with the assistance I have been given. Seems much better than waiting on hold. The new system so far seems helpful at addressing any concerns that comes up with my meds. The pharmacy has been very helpful and efficient since; I think they may have also hired more people, so that helps alot with customer service (in terms of prescription meds). I think the crew at this CVS location deserves 5 stars now. Thanks Havenwood pharmacy crew! You make my monthly trip better and more convenient! Keep up the good work and service. Hopefully, y'all get a raise!

The new theft system is very inconvenient for folks who are trying to spend money. I get it, but I shouldn’t have to search and wait, to spend my money. Asked for assistance, was told “I will be right with you”, goes to the register never to be seen again. A young lady from pharmacy tried to assist, but couldn’t, another associate passing by wound up helping, meanwhile I just wanted to put everything back and leave. If things are going to be locked away, there should be an abundance of staff present and able to assist

I understand the security measures put in place due to an increase in shopping lifting, however, I shouldn’t have to wait and search in order to spend my money. Once I found someone, in an isle beyond the one I was in… I requested assistance, he said I will be right with you, and then went to the register never to return. Someone from pharmacy wound up trying to assist me, until finally someone else who was actually able to passed by… I wanted to put everything back and walk out, however I needed it.

Voice system stinks - my wife has been using this place for years - suddenly her DOB isn't on file,? Can't call the pharmacy either - you have to leave a message and hope they call you back. This is the WORST CVS I've ever used.

cannot shop when the items are not accessible and the selection was poor. The laundry section had bare spots and not the items I needed.

Very very rude pharmacist I just called to found out about a prescription if it was out of stock.. the pharmacist said where are you calling from because they don’t give out information about medication. I said I’m the parents and I’m calling to make sure since all pharmacy are out of stock. She was very rude, at the end she said deal with the rules everyone have rules and closed the phone. Don’t used this pharmacy.

On Friday, I call the pharmacy to fill my script. I was told they had it partially in stock and that my options were to pick it up as is, or to wait until Monday as they try to fill the remainder.Monday comes around. Spoke to Sharkea? at the pharmacy to fill the script. She had an African accent and was exceptionally rude. She kept repeating "what do you want", "we dont have it", "it's not in stock". After I questioned her about the partial script offered to me on Friday, she goes "okay I fill it" and immediately hangs up the phone.Sharkea lied about the status of my script, was exceptionally belligerent about it, and then proceeded to hang up when I corrected her.Let's rewind. Here's what Sharkea could have said: "We partially have your prescription in stock. You can pick it up as is, or you can wait while we try to fill all of it."I must have accidentally called the circus, because there was a clown on the line.
