Donna in the office made me feel like a criminal asking for my driver’s licenses, a copy of the card and a letter authorizing the charge of my card. I never have had to be put through so much just to order fuel. Then she Jammed the cash oil fuel app from allowing me to order oil by not releasing my order. I love cash oil heating because they make ordering fuel so easy for me foe years. However Donna who is on the schedule today 3/25/22 ruined my whole experience. I have told her I used them before. And she still wanted to put me through interrogation. When I used them before the drivers were great. The office receptionist. On that day was frustrating.

They are always courteous and respectful, and they don't think you owe them.The drivers are always good,I recommend use them.

Just moved to Shirley two days ago, ran out of fuel oil and they deliver in 15 minutes, excellent service, best price around. Love them

We just moved into a new house, was told we had a 1/4 tank of oil. When we got to the house we realized we had NO oil. We called several companies who claimed to do "same-day" or "next-day" delivery but Donna from Devoe Fuel oil called us first thing in the morning before her office officially opened to set a delivery time within the hour. She also gave us the lowest price around and the delivery guy Eddie was very friendly and professional and gave other recommendations in the area. I highly recommend Devoe Fuel Oil.

There was a woman in the morning on the day I called. She had to put me on hold. Understandable. After a few minutes she got back on the line and had started to take my information after giving me a quote with fair prices and same day delivery. We kept having pauses as she was taking my information and I kept having to repeat myself. I thought it was odd, but then she said something like "Wait John John Oafma is working". Idk if she's working from home but that's a terrible way to do business. You shouldn't be in personal calls while taking customer and payment information. There's a complete lack of respect and privacy. I gave up and went to a different company. If rather my information be respected as well as my business.

I have been using Devoe for several years (my parents also use them and recommended them to us). They have been great, timely and easy to work with. Most times, you can get same-day delivery if you call early enough. During busier times of the year, understandably, they try their best to get the delivery out to you ASAP, sometimes it is the next day, but that's ok! Only positive things to say about them!

I called Devoe fuel at 745pm on 4/27/2020 and by 945am the next day my tanks were already filled up ...I would like to thank Tanisha whom I placed the order with and also Mike whom delivered the oil ..very nice people and professionalism ..just a piece of advice with people that leave reviews dont blame this company for your negligence because you ran out of oil...rule of thumb when you reach 1/4 of a tank call and if you run out go to your local gas station and buy road diesel..you being mad and placing a bad review can cost them business.thanks again
