So many coupons that Do Not Work. I setup the app, I enter my phone number, I shop for items with the coupon “deals”. I end up paying full price at the register. Very misleading

I use to go to dollar general in Shirley every other day when the manager Deno was there he was so helpful to everyone and kind and always smiling . I stopped going for a while alot of people I know did cause the store got run down nothing in order dirty ! Then I went back about 8 months ago and this new manager always had the store organized and clean ! I’d see him himself cleaning and organizing ..these stores need to hire more people like that young man.I stopped going again because I heard he was fired after I asked about him I heard a lot of different story’s but I know for a fact many customers went there because of him and now they will not .! even the wait staff at William Floyd diner refuses to shop there for what they did to that young man . He was there night and day giving everything he had for them . Now back to trash . Very smart dollar general !

Went here at 12:05. to get some holiday plastic storage containers that are advertised as 25percent off, shopped around for 15 minutes, went to check out and they weren't reduced the nice lady cashier radioed the manager apparently there are 2 ( I seen them both with another male employee when I pulled in smoking at the corner of the building ) the black gentleman who said he was a manager would not honor it even though their signs are all over , tried to call corporate they are closed I will call on Monday , this gentleman was so unprofessional, and should not be in customer service let alone a manager.
