I tried to load my Chime card. The Cashier said, very uncaring, no, cannot load card. She seemed really annoyed when I politely mentioned that online said, Dollar Tree loads debit cards. I've done it at another Dollar Tree. She said No again. I got a manager and she was rude and completely confused. She looked annoyed and finally followed steps & loaded my Card.
The line built up by now and I apologized a few times, because that's how I do things. There was 0 response & now they both still annoyed.
PS. I moved as fast as I could and only had 6 items to buy. Despite that, The people on line looked mad too! Must be a Long Island thing.
One more serious issue they ALWAYS have, shelves are always empty. Like, every other shelf is empty. Go to the Dollar Tree in Patchogue. That one is Very nice

I've never really has an issue about the cleanliness of the store. I figure if people want to talk about how trashy it's supposed to look, then they can do one or more things about it. Like get a job there and make a difference themselves. Stop your belly aching.

I purchased an item online and the order was totally screwed up, from the shipping address to the actual content in the box. I called & was told to go to a store & have the manager call their customer service #. I went into this store (Montauk Highway, Shirley, NY) & explained the situation to Coleen, the manager on duty. She called CS, got my refund squared away. BUT on top of that, she searched the SKU of the item that I originally ordered & found it in the stockroom. She was as excited about that as I was! So I was able to get what I wanted AND saved on shipping! SO A BIG SHOUT OUT TO COLEEN AT THE MONTAUK HIGHWAY. SHIRLEY STORE!! YOU ROCK!!!!

First of all, it's a dollar tree so I shouldn't have expected much, but this location is a complete trash dump like previous comments have stated. Multiple items that customers could be purchasing are thrown all over the place whether it be on the wrong aisles or laying litters on what could be an unclean floor.Cost: Obviously cheapAppearance: CrummyLocation: It's Shirley, so what do you expectOverall the store itself is fine, but the place is a total dump (interior) with 1 person regularly doing the cash register ://

Store needs to be stocked with new stuff. Disorganized! The carriages and baskets should be when you walk in not were they are now, at the checkout ?!?

One of the messiest stores ever!!So many Out Of StocksThe clearance section is horrendous!I remember back when Commack was the only Dollar tree around and then Shirley open after.The more dollar trees that open, the more the quality goes down the hole.
